How To Order
Four methods of ordering will be made available for the
convenience of Registered Manufacturers & Importers of pharmaceuticals:

- To ensure sufficient stock and prompt delivery, please fill up the Meditag™ Requirements Form and return it to Mediharta.
- For fax, email and mail orders, please download the Meditag™ Order Form to order the Meditag™ and Calibration Rolls
Meditags are available in two formats:
- 15,000 Meditag™ on a roll specially developed for labeling machine application;
- 100 Meditags™ on a sheet developed for easy manual application.
Calibration rolls are available in a roll of 50 metres consisting approximately 2500 blank labels.
